"Second time here. This is a great family resort with a nice place to snorkel right at the beach. The food had improved a little since our last visit. The pools with 2 swim up bars are a bonus. Walking around a little difficult with the uneven floors but despite that I’d definitely stay here again. "

"We had a great stay at Casa Mexicana Cozumel and were especially impressed with the staff and service—everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations with a wide assortment of choices, including several healthy options. The hotel’s common areas were definitely a highlight—the lobby, pool, and bar all offered comfortable spaces to relax and unwind. We also loved the location, which was super convenient for exploring the local scene. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. While our hotel room was a a bit dated and tended to feel humid, we didn’t spend much time there, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and we’d absolutely consider staying here again. "

"We had a short stay of 3 days here and wish it had been longer. We loved everything about this hotel. Beautiful interiors, excellent food, drinks and staff. Our teenage son did his first dive lesson and his instructor was amazing, warm, kind and educational. He felt happy and safe. We would stay again."
