"We liked the layout of the property and we stayed in Building 18. We liked the fact that there are "specialty restaurants" with sit down seating but the food was just okay. Sometimes the buffet dinner was better. We did not like that the scuba shop wanted to charge us $5 per person per day, just for a boat to come pick us up to go scuba dive every day. We felt that was odd since we were guest at the hotel. It would also be nice to get a print out of the weeks buffet theme and evening entertainment, so we could plan our week. We did upgrade to the specialty check in level but was unimpressed with Daniella's personality and charm. I never got my beach towel cards, and she never mentioned booking the specialty restaurants had to be booked with her. Everyone else was wonderful & helpful"

"Edilberto Aguilar, one of the gentleman that works the buffet in the mornings and the tacos staff made us feel so welcome! They were truely amazing! The only thing i wasnt to fond of was the reservations guy. He wasnt the easiest to talk to and wasnt the nicest but it did not take away from how much fun we had. Also the medical staff is amazing, a lady had an accident on the stairs, they got there so fast and they were just amazing!!"

"We really liked the staff and how friendly they were! Our housekeeping staff was amazing. The food was good. We could have been instructed better on how to use the adjoining resorts. The pools could have used more water in them to maintain the cleanliness. For it being a Secrets Resort we did feel that the evening entertainment fell short compared to other Secrets Resorts we have stayed at. Overall loved the area, excursions and Cozumel 😁"
