"The hotel is magnificent! It is a well kept mansion on a vast piece of greenery. The room is very large and well updated with all the modern comfort. The bed is a true US King size bed rather than a UK King size (which is equivalent to an US Queen size bed). There are many nice sitting/reading areas inside the hotel as well as chairs and tables on the greenery outside of the Hotel. The food at the hotel is also excellent. It is a place where you can just stay inside, relax with a good book to read."

"With a lake and stream and woodland. I enjoyed hearing the Tawny Owls hooting just behind the hotel, and seeing the Grey Wagtails taking food to their nest by the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good to have electric vehicle charging on site too!"

"Used the bus. I was looking out for delta marriot as on all correspondance. The bus calls it the chase hotel. I did not realise this was the same and went a mile. down the road. I waited for the cold for half an hour . The chase is in small letters outside and not on my prints outs of the booking.this needs sorting."

"Road construction surrounding this hotel is not their fault, but it is annoying. The hotel and all its staff were wonderful. Vegan breakfast was excellent. They called a taxi to bring us to Cheltenham Spa train station. We found the best restaurant named The Coconut Tree which is Sri Lankan, which we had never tried. It was walking distance, and there were numerous vegan delicious options. "
