"This is a property I have recurrently stayed at over the years when visiting Cheltenham. The staff are friendly and accommodating; the rooms are remarkably spacious (even if not impeccably clean due to lack of daily housekeeping since Covid); and the hotel location is excellent -- walking distance from the town center, the town hall, the Everyman's theatre, and the pubs/restaurants. "Had an excellent 2 night break. No delays or issues checking in, friendly greeting, everything was explained. Room was clean, tidy and bigger than expected. We ate in the restaurant in the evening - food was delicious, great service made it a lovely relaxing experience. Breakfast the next day was good, no shortage of choice and freshly cooked buffet and continental food. One issue - one of 2 coffee machines was broken (these things happen), the other on a go slow, so there were queues which...
