From weeks before our trip giving us tips on how to spend New Years Eve, to our actual stay, they were always looking to help make our trip better! Really lovely place to stay to visit Bourton on the water. Just a few minutes walk into the high street. Parking is a little tight but that was more down to a selfish patron taking up more than their share of space. Drinks and snacks in the room along with tea and coffee. Breakfast was delicious. Would definately recommend.
