"First class customer service. I stayed here for 5 nights recently having expected to only be at the hotel for two. My partner had an operation at the Royal Orthopedic Hospital and ended up staying in longer than we thought. The hotel could not have been more accommodating or kind. I ended up checking out on 3 occasions only to have to check back in again because my partner wasn't coming home. The hotel took great care of me; gave me my old room back where they could: and a few little extras besides like some chocolate and a nice card. The hotel is perfectly situated in Brindley Place and close to coffee shops, bars, restaurants and only a short walk along the river to the Bullring. But it's the customer service I will never forget. From reception to the bar staff to housekeeping to room service. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Birmingham in the future. "
