"We enjoyed a great stay. The best things about this hotel are the convenient location (close walking distance to lake, shops, main square and markets) and the staff. The staff made sure to check in every morning at breakfast to see how we were going. We had a minor complaint about the room and the staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue and offer compensation (which they didn’t have to). There was also a nice gift upon checkout. "

I checked in late, to find the main hotel closed up, and so I was directed to their ‘other’ building which was smaller, shabbier and didn’t even have a reception area.
