"Nous avons passé un séjour extrêmement agréable dans le quartier des 36 corporations, le plus agréable de Hanoï à notre avis !La chambre était à peu près conforme à ce que nous attendions. Contrairement à ce que laissait penser l’annonce, elle ne donnait pas sur la rue, et était du coup un peu moins jolie que sur l’annonce. Par contre elle avait l’avantage d’être très calme ! Notre logeuse, bien que ne parlant pas l’anglais, était très agreable, souriante et gentille. "

Messaged owner through WhatsApp number provided by Stayz and the owner replied to say they don't sell any rentals through Stayz and the property I told them about was taken off the market more than two years previously. Was NYE so had to book another hotel at a premium. Not impressed with Stayz at all, who I had to fight for a refund."

"I never leave a bad review and sat with this for a week before doing so. I am only leaving this review so travelers are aware going in. I confirmed with the owner that this is a home and not a hotel prior to booking the entire property. Turned out to be a hostel that smelled of raw sewage. There was a woman who entered the property daily unannounced which was alarming at first then comedic at the end. Zero water pressure in upper two floors, had hot water at times. Some things may have been lost...
