"This hotel is such a gem!!! Everything is brand new and clean, super comfortable bed and pillows and the breakfast is delicious, with a good spread of choices. Nonetheless, the absolute best part of my stay was the staff. They are fantastic and really go above and beyond to help you have a wonderful stay. I traveled with my baby and they took turns to help me look after him so I could enjoy my breakfast in peace... everyone was kind and friendly. Can´t wait to be back. "

"Key card to our room stopped working the 2nd day we were there and had to wait for the mechanic to fix it. There are only 2 elevators and one kept breaking down; being on the 18th floor meant that was a hassle. Other than that, it was clean. Its right accross the street from the train station and there is a lot of construction right next to the hotel so it can be a bit loud. Adequate accommodation for the price and is walkable to various historic sites. "

"It’s a small boutique hotel in old quarter and it’s close to everything. Even this property is a part of big hotel group it operates as a family hotel and give a feeling of home. Staff provide exceptional customer service (the best in Vietnam considering all hotels we stayed at). It included free breakfast and you can pick from couple options. Staff serving breakfast it’s amazing. If I come again to Hanoi I would stay at the same property just because of staff and their kindness. "
