"Liked the many restaurant options, food was really good, great idea to have hamburgers and tacos poolside, excellent drink options, all employees extremely polite and helpful. Two things that can be improved: free shuttle to and from the airport should be included in hotel stay. Secondly, pillows are too soft and mushy, no structure. Got a neck cramp from the pillows. Bed was great though. "

"The staff were super friendly and so helpful. I loved the events that were hosted at night. The entire resort was very clean and the staff attended to any requests i had. One thing i did not like was the food. I wish there were more Mexican options given that we were in Mexico. I would’ve also appreciated that the buffet put out food quicker as it ran out quickly and had to wait for certain food items to be put out. "
