"We stayed for 7 nights as a family (two parents and a 12.5-year-old daughter ) and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel’s location is perfect – right next to a metro station and just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and main attractions, yet very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was rich, varied, and luxurious, served in an elegant yet cozy setting. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding – everyone was courteous and efficient. Although we initially had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, the hotel’s Customer Service Manager, Izabela, handled the situation impressively. She ensured we had a temporary room immediately and later moved us to a spacious corner room similar to our original booking. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, with thoughtful gestures and excellent service. Overall, we left extremely satisfied and would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna!"

"We stayed at The Graben Hotel for 3 nights in April and we had a really good stay and would highly recommend. We were able to check in early as our room was available. The hotel is really conveniently located right in the centre of Vienna which made it walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit and meant we could go back during the day. The staff were very helpful with advice and information for travelling around the city using public transport. We had breakfast included for our stay which made things much easier for us and there was a good choice of food available. The hotel also has an Italian restaurant which we ate at on the first night and the food was really good and the staff were very friendly. "
