"The property is lovely but dated examples screen to turn on fans on one side was not working , some broken/ chipped furniture . Materess need changing as it was uncomfortabel for me. But the staff was very accomadating. Very helpful i felt cleaning was good some dust but fine but the carpetsare very worn down but i think for the price i payed it was very fair i would stay again."

"Pretty standard stay for a Holiday Inn. Thought I’d leave a review though as the windows are not well glazed and due to the location can experience a lot of noise from the road below. I wouldn’t return based on this as I do like my quiet for sleep."

"My friend got to check in before me, was asked for our reference number serval times, and they still managed to struggle to find our booking. On top of that the young guy at the desk had checked us into someone else name who hadn’t paid, and was insistent we wasn’t the ones who paid. So we ended up double paying, to then be put in the wrong room. When it was eventually sorted out the room was decent, but the floor was dirty. Considering what we had gone through there was no meaningful apology...

"The location for the hotel is great, right next to Wembley Stadium train station. We were staying to go to the OVO Staduim that was only a 5-10 min walk from the hotel, so for that reason it was great. The rooms are very basic and could do with a good dust. The staff were very welcoming and service in the bar and restaurant was good. The food was also very good. However one this we would warn, is that the rooms were very hot, radiators were on full when we arrive. We were able to turn these down...
