"The room, breakfast and location were also excellent. Having access to the pool, sauna and steam room were also a great addition. The other issue I encountered was when being addressed by members of staff, they only referred to my male partner rather than me. For example, 'good morning, Sir' and 'thank you, Sir' at breakfast rather than addressing both of us. "

"Before even arriving at this property I was made to feel unwelcomed, anxious and stressed. The property has damages to which we have videos and they are now stating that we have caused this and is attempting to charge us for these damages, the fridge was dirty and there was molding food products left in cupboards.
