"Good customer service "

"This is a beautiful place to stay in Vancouver. It has nice quiet rooms. My room had a balcony which made it all that more comfortable. Beds are dressed in clean smooth sheets. Bathroom was spotless. Besides the old used hairdryer everthing sparkled. The hotel has a very pleasant smell about it. Evertime I walked in it was refreshing. The restaurant was outstanding in service, food, atmosphere and value. Gym and pool were well tended with many workout machines in good condition. The changing...
