So many reasons to rave about the EXchange Hotel Vancouver! The location and accommodations were great, but it was the wonderful, caring staff that really made my stay something to remember fondly. From the bellhop to the desk clerks to the maid staff, everyone was friendly and made the effort to get to know me. I really appreciated that they went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. I went to Vancouver to attend the Taylor Swift concert. When the staff found out, through our friendly conversations, I came back to my room one evening to find a lovely gift of a TS mug and book! It was an unexpected surprise and just one example of the kindness and consideration shown by the staff. If I am fortunate enough to visit Vancouver again, I will definitely stay at the EXchange hotel!

Had a lovely staycation at the Exchange. The room was thoughtfully designed and spacious for our needs. As we were already familiar with the area, this hotel was in the perfect walking vicinity of everything we needed to explore downtown. I give every staff we encountered 5 stars, they were always so welcoming at the start of the day and returning back for the evening!

Very nice rooms, great lighting in the bathrooms, comfy beds. The staff were all very happy and helpful people. It would seem they all enjoy their jobs and seeing that guests have a great experience. The location is close to everything, shopping, the seawall, dining. This is my second away at this hotel. I didn’t love that the parking was 7 levels below, but it was secure and safe, so no complaints.

Location was great and the room was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The thing I did not like was design of the bed frames which extend beyond the mattress.They create a hazard. I ran into the corner of one during the night.
