Always nice staying here. Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Enjoyed the lounge at the end of the day. Nice vibe and energy but not too loud that you couldn't have a conversation.

I had booked a room for a night planning to arrive early the following morning with my family to get to sleep after our overnight flight. I phoned ahead and let them know we wouldn’t be there until the following morning so that they wouldn’t give our room away. When we arrived, surprise, they had given our room away and offered us an “upgrade” to an old apartment in the other building. I let them know this was not satisfactory so after waiting 6 hours for our desired room to be vacated and cleaned we were accommodated. The staff were friendly and understanding but the experience left me sour. Other than that it’s a very nice hotel.
