The front desk staff, concierge, 21st floor houseman, bellmen and breakfast hosts/servers (in the onsite bar/resraurant) were great! Special kudos to Saksham, Andrew, Melissa, andThrisha! That said, it appears that the hotel is due for a minor interior facelift, e.g., carpet in hallways, fresh coat of paint in some areas, and so on. It's a solid 4.5 star hotel - with the potential to reach 5 star.

Paradox was beautiful both on the inside and out. Check-in was extremely easy and the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and very attentive. The room we booked was so clean, spacious, and relaxing. We had a patio area with a view of the city, and also a floating bathtub which was perfect for a soak after a long day of walking. There were other great amenities such as button controlled drapes/shades, heated tiles at the dual sinks, and light and blinds control from the bed. Excellent stay and we will definitely be back.
