The room was not clearly advertised on expedia, unfortunately. It was advertised as sleeping for 3. There were not enough beds for it to sleep 3. There was just a king bed in the "bedroom" and a couch. We made it work and made the couch our daughters bed. The hospital next door is incredibly busy, sirens day and night along with a lot of homeless...
