My daughter and I came for a concert and stayed here. Right when we checked in we were greeted with happy staff and my daughter was welcome to pick an item for the her stay from their treasure chest of toys. That was really awesome. The hotel is a bit older but it’s really clean and comfy. The pool was freezing but the hot tub was pleasantly warm. Again a bit older but we had fun. The price was reasonable for our stay. Guest services was very informative and so was the other gentleman that was helping people with places to see around the hotel. I would come back here again. Some other reviews mentioned the homeless that sleep outside, while this is true we never had any altercations and they kept to themselves.

Absolutely perfect hotel for our Eras Tour weekend in Vancouver. We loved having the little kitchenette. The bathroom is a little tight for two ladies to get glammed up but we made it work. Bed is ultra comfortable. Thanks for being part of our magical Swiftcouver trip!

All good except security in the hotel parking garage. Our car window was vandalized and broken. The staff was helpful in doing cleanup and taping our window. Also there is no security from the parking garage elevators to the room floors. Quite a few people living rough in the area ? Absolutely do not park in the hotel parking garage.

This hotel is in an excellent location, very near the Q.E. Theatre, Yaletown, BC Place, etc. And, although the entrance is well set-in, and there is adequate parking below (at relatively small cost), there is some active street life one should be aware of. In particular, avoid walking down Granville Street at night.

Our request for early check in was met with an extremely friendly and helpful clerk. The concierge was very helpful in obtaining a taxi. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vancouver and will certainly stay at the Rosedale and future visits to downtown Vancouver
