"Excellent service, especially the lady at the front desk for check in (forgot to get her name). Hotel was clean, the continental breakfast was great, and the water slide was a lot of fun. The staff really went above and beyond, lending us scissors for our Eras tour outfits, getting us a muffin when we were leaving at 4am. Really grateful for the excellent customer service "
