"Nice stay at the Sutton place. The renovated rooms are nice. The water in our room was lacking hot water in the morning. The heat also didn’t blow too hot stayed warm So it was a bit chilly at night. Otherwise lovely stay"

"Nice place. I'd give a 3.5 star. Im pretty used to 4 and 5 star resorts so I'm a bit spolied. Was really nice having White Spot right next door. Rooms good. We had two rooms for my 3 grown daughters and myself for the Taylor Swift Concert! "

"We came here for the Eras tour. It was perfect location to walk 12 min to BC Place. Staff was so friendly and eras tour theme. Photo spots and friendship bracelets in the hotel waiting for us. We had a corner room with king bed. Very nice and cozy robes. I loved this boutique hotel. Staff was awesome and sooo friendly. We had a great time. "

"Our stay was a great experience. Staff was professional and attentive. Dining was great. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Just remember that this is an old hotel so expect the bathrooms to be on the small side. Otherwise an excellent stay."

"My go to hotel in Vancouver. The rooms aren't large but are clean, comfortable an well appointed. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant is delicious and has a great happy hour. We will be back!"
