"We decided to surprise our kids with a mini night away to celebrate our Son's birthday. The suite was clean and nice, kids spent the whole time in the pool. Staff was super nice and friendly. It was a lovely night away!"

"As an Expedia VIP I received an amazing room upgrade to an ocean view! Also received a $100 credit for food and beverage. A few small things I’d change but overall very comfortable room, well located and the view! What I disliked was the lighting. Impossible to do my makeup with yellow colored lighting. Also should have low lighting in bathrooms. A few snacks and mini bar in a hotel of this calibre would also be welcome! "

"Very nice place to stay. You do have to pay for parking. I was a little surprised that on Expedia, it says $69 a night and it ended up being $220. Plus parking."

"The staff were absolutely amazing! We were able to check in early, check out late, they held our bags for us while we shopped. The pool, although small, was so well maintained and clean. They went above and beyond! Yes, the rooms are dated, but they are immaculate. We will definitely stay again!"

"We liked the friendly staff, the size of the hotel, the location and the bar/lounge (evening). We felt the room was clean. The parking was convenient. We did not like the beds/bedding and found the shower head was low."

"The front desk staff, concierge, 21st floor houseman, bellmen and breakfast hosts/servers (in the onsite bar/resraurant) were great! Special kudos to Saksham, Andrew, Melissa, andThrisha! That said, it appears that the hotel is due for a minor interior facelift, e.g., carpet in hallways, fresh coat of paint in some areas, and so on. It's a solid 4.5 star hotel - with the potential to reach 5 star."
