I believe most of their “Mountain View” rooms face the parking lot; thus, recommend booking one of the lakeside rooms if this matters to you/to maximize the location of the hotel. "Got upgraded and was able to use underground parking with our Thule box on. Loved the gondola being steps out our door. One of the hot tubs was out of order but there were 2 more in the complex. Only 2 restaurants so dining options are limited but there are lots of options in town. "

Our kids slept on the pull out couch which had no pillows or sheets, i called the front desk and was informed there were sheets in the dresser in the master bedroom. So we made the bed ourselves, not that i have an issue with making a bed but i was surprised given the price of the room that this wasn't done for us. "The view from our room was beautiful. Food was delicious in the onsite restaurant, bed was comfortable too. They needed to have done some spring cleaning as there was moss & weeds growing on our patio. We were placed in the room right under the stairs to the restaurant and the backside of the elevator, not sure why when the place wasn’t at full capacity. "

"Tranquil and Cozy. The rooms are always spotless and with thoughtful touches. Situated atop a beautiful view, you have access to a great restaurant on site, and option for a soaker tub (try it-with the view it's perfection!) the beds are so comfortable (a must) and the staff are next level.
