"Staff & food was great in the dining area where visited . The apartment the balcony door lock was not locking the lock was falling apart . The shower drain was clog despite reporting it to the staff on the first day of our stay,, no one did anything about our complains. The room had roaches running around needed to be sprayed these issued management need to take more serious and hold these maintenance crew responsible if u guys want to be one of the top resort in DR"

"This was our second time at Mirage, Yordy our butler is the best! While leaving for home, I forgot my jacket, and he called our airport transfer to let them know. Amazing! Johanny, also made a great impression on us. She's an amazing bartender! Indira, Nicole, Luis, kudos. Rosemery, at our favorite Italian lunch place has a special place in my heart. The food is wonderful and amazing! The entire staff is genuine and kind in this resort. The beach is beautiful and amazing too. I was able to capture several beautiful sunrise photos while listening to the tide move out. We will most definitely be back!"

"My group of nine had a wonderful time when we stayed there Oct 19-26. The staff was outstanding. We had a few minor medical issues and the doctor was great. The food depending on which restaurant was very good or better. The pool staff was always cleaning the pool area. Anytime we needed something the staff went above and beyond. Check-in and out were a breeze. Our room was kept spotless while we were there. I highly recommend it."
