"This hotel was very nice and felt very luxurious for a reasonable price. The rooms were very clean and the largest we have had during our trip to Japan. The bed was so very comfortable and the softest bed we had in Japan. The staff was very helpful and nice. The skyspa was nice and large with a pool inside and outside with lots of shower spaces and a dry sauna. I did expect to have a view from the spa but the glass is frosted so you have to stand to just see out over the city. But they had all the expected spa amenities! It can get quite crowded in the spa in the evening. "

"Close to shopping and dining at Shinsaibashi main area. Easy access to take subway to go Umeda/ Kyoto area for more exploring. They don’t have laundry room and no laundromat closed by. If you plan to stay there for more than a few days, be prepared to bring enough clothes for your stays. "
