"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "Stayed 8 nights here on our trip to London! Hotel was modern, clean, quiet and close to many restaurants. All of the staff were very nice and accommodating as well. Especially Joyce from the kitchen/room service, the doormen, and the servers at The Origin (the hotels restaurant). Would stay again!"
