"Small room but functional and for once, truly quiet. Great location. But many areas were not clean or spotless clean (desk, plug frames, bed headboard). It was clean, otherwise, where it matters, but not enough considering the price. The AC can be controlled through the iPad but setting to 18C and high fan didn’t do much. It was still warm. "We stayed here for 2 nights on our anniversary weekend and were upgraded to an executive suite with a kitchen (we have hotels.com platinum status). The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, the layout was perfect so we had space and felt relaxed. We overlooked the rear courtyard on the 4th floor, lovely and quiet. Our first evening was spent in the hotel restaurant, where Pranil made us feel so welcome and was very attentive, constantly checking on us and refilling our glasses. The meal was...

"Excellent hotel beat Liverpool St. station. Free room upgrade and bottle of wine included. Fantastic room which was small but had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Incredible view over central London. Great strength hairdryer! Walkable to many underground stations and the main train station. If I had booked longer I would have made use of the fitness suite. Will definitely consider staying here again for my London trips! "

"Very welcoming and friendly staff. I’ve stayed in a few 5 star hotels in London and Canopy hotel has had the most friendly, kind and welcoming staff so far which really stood out to us. Room service was very quick in this hotel as well, as I’ve had to call room service several times for cutlery after waiting half an hour in different hotels.
