"今回は私のお気に入りホテルVilla Fontainにアメリカからの御客様14名宿泊させました。御客様方はホテルの綺麗さとVilla Fontainの従業員の接客に「このホテルは素晴らしい」と皆おっしゃっていました。私は何度も温泉初体験の御客様に「コノHotelの温泉は清潔で綺麗なので入るべき！」と言たのですが、約8名の方が興味深く感じたようで温泉の入り方を説明した上で入浴し、とても素敵な経験に感動したとおっしゃっていました。 私も入浴したのですが、数年前と比べ中国人や韓国人が増えた分歯を磨いた置きっぱなしの歯ブラシが湯船に置きっぱなしになったり、使いぱなしのタオルが湯船の近くに置いてあるのが不潔で不快でした。髪の毛が長い人は髪を結ぶ事もしない方が沢山いて、長い髪を湯船につからせて浮いた状態の親子までもいました。長い髪が何本も湯船に浮いて汚かったので、髪の毛の長い方は結ぶように指示するべきと感じます。清潔で素晴らしい温泉を維持するのは非常に困難だとは思いますが、今後もこちらのホテルに大切な御客様を連れて来たいので、是非頑張って下さい🙇‍♀️宜しくお願い致します。"

"The balcony room at the newer The Okura Heritage is stunning, with the best of amenities. The staff is hit and miss, while some are old school polite, many of them gave me the impression they did not like American guests, as the responded quite differently to the Japanese guests. "After a few of the wide range of complementary drinks the first shower in a Japanese style public bath was not a problem. Found the premises to be clean and the staff really helpful would recommend."

"Great option for visiting Tokyo for a good price. Nice neighborhood and some sightseeing in walkable distance such as Tokyo Tower or Roppongi Hills Tokyo City View, a Don Quijote ir a few blocks away. You can find some bars near the premises which means drunk people on Sunday mornings but nothing to worry about. Always felt safe in the premises and in the area. Rooms are tiny for occidental standards but you have to take in consideration this is Tokyo, one of the most heavily populated cities in...
