It is situated within a five minute walking distance of the Shinjuku station, though one needs to take the right gate out to be closest to it, (that would be the South gate of the original station). The room is of reasonable size by Japanese standards, and the nightly fare is within the range that one would expect for a prime area like this. "Great location. Glad I upgraded to a Deluxe Room to provide some additional space."

"We booked the two twin size beds because it allowed us to have a slightly larger room for two people. We were able to store all our luggages under the bed. There was a large bench area, mini fridge, kettle. I wish there was a closet area instead there were a few hangers provided. Train station, familymart and coffee shops were just a few steps away. My only complaint is that the room was quite dusty - curtains, top of the headboard and around the windows. "
