"Location was great. It was a big room and had everything you needed including a washing machine. The bidet could of been better and I wish the room cleaning wasn’t something you had to pay for. For longer stays there is Limited Room cleaning for towels and trash."

"The building itself is imposing surrounded by a park and a good view of the Tokyo Tower. At night, you can either go to the park or have a drink on the lounge on the 33rd floor and watch the tower changes the light colours every hour."

"Beautiful hotel with its own Japanese garden, the room was very big with a comfortable bed and view of the gardens. It is an 8-10m walk away from Shinagawa so easy to get to, but for those with big luggage it is a short walk uphill so something to be mindful of. Staff were very attentive, overall very happy with our stay."
