"This was possibly the easiest hotel to get to in Japan that we've stayed. It was connected to the train station and part of a shopping complex which included multiple western and Japanese dining and shopping options. There's even a grocery store in the basement of the shopping complex here. Small yet stylish room with well-trained staff. The breakfast was delicious but could use improvement on the ease of moving around-both for patrons and staff. There is a narrow corridor that served multiple...

"It provides a free shuttle from/to the Shinagawa Station (like every 10-15 min) and basic breakfast from 6:30 to 9:00. The Walkable neighborhood (well, I guess most of Japan is pretty walkable) is near a monorail station, 7-11, a grocery market, and restaurants. The bathroom is small, and the room doesn't offer anything special but is well-maintained and clean. "

"Check in is on the 14th floor. If booking from a third party like hotels.com double check the room occupancy with the hotels actual website. Our room stated it slept 8 when it actually only slept 4. When I tried to contact the hotel direct to confirm they stated they could not communicate with me since I booked on a third party site. The rooms are small compared to what we’re used to in the USA. They are very clean though. Shower is amazing, hot and tons of water pressure which feels amazing...
