"Best hotel from our trip. Lobby had a great view of Tokyo Tower. Room also had the same view (paid for it). Room was spacious and clean. Staff greeted you every time you left and arrived. Held our luggage befoee check in and after check out. Even delivered our luggage to our rooms. Overall a great hotel. Train station below also was a plus with a family mart."

"The biggest plus for this hotel is location, location, location. It is situated within a five minute walking distance of the Shinjuku station, though one needs to take the right gate out to be closest to it, (that would be the South gate of the original station). The room is of reasonable size by Japanese standards, and the nightly fare is within the range that one would expect for a prime area like this.
