"I had a short overnight stay in Chicago, between flights. The Hyatt was conveniently accessible with their shuttle (which runs frequently, so there's next to no waiting). Check in took about 30 seconds, since i had done most of it online. The room was very nice, lots of little touches that made it great for a traveler. And the price was reasonable. I'd stay there again if the opportunity comes up."

"Excellent location and spacious rooms. Just steps to the park, river, and Target. The room and bedding were overall clean. The staff was very responsive and helpful when a cigarette smoke smell seeped into my room. They quickly helped me switch. The only "downside" was the downtown noise from traffic which can't be avoided given the location. "
