"With so many hotel options in Chicago it was a bit nerve-wracking to pick one. But I am SO GLAD we stayed at L7 Chicago by Lotte. The room and lobby were beautiful! Just gorgeous. So many amenities that made the experience so pleasant: filtered sink water in the room, an air purifier in the room (great source of white noise for sleeping), an electric tea pot in the room, yoga mat and foot massage balls in the room, two facial packs in the room, snacks and a variety of hot beverages free in the lobby. Plus great location!! Not one complaint (other than many an in-room microwave would have been nice). Loved this hotel!"

"My husband and I spent 4 nights at the Virgin hotel during our Chicago trip. We loved the way the room was decorated, the night view(Willis tower )from the room, and we appreciated daily room cleaning by the cleaning crew. We hope we can make another trip to Chicago sometime soon and stay there again. "

"Overall a great, botique hotel experience at a great location in Chicago near Millenium park. We got to stay on the 15th floor and the 3rd floor, each in a corner room - we stayed an extra night unexpectedly due to our flight being cancelled. We actually found the layout of the room on the 3rd floor to be more spacious. We’ve stayed at StayPineapple in Seattle and love the overall aesthetic and comfort of the beds, the unique rooms and great locations! "
