"We had a really spacious suite, which was silent (no sounds from the bustling streets below!). The staff were incredibly helpful and lovely - especially Chris, who spent time with us on arrival to give us some really helpful advice on where to visit and trips to go on. It was really appreciated. The staff went above and beyond what we would normally get from hotel staff - they even spoke with and translated with taxi drivers and tour bookings for us. Would definitely recommend. "
