"The room was very comfortable; the layout was nice. elevators were very fast. The breakfast was very good with the amount and selection of food. Happy hour was very nice with the drinks, but the food choice was rather poor. The bathroom needs to be updated as there was no fan, the tub looked old, the mirror's edges were worn. There was too much noise filtering from the abutting room, as well as through the vents."

"This hotel is conveniently located one block of the Mag mile. Really close to shopping and dinning options. The pier is an easy walk as well. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy as was valet parking. Is definitely an option to stay again the next time we go to Chicago. "
