"I enjoyed my stay here, however, I feel like they have room for people who book through third party websites because there were minor problems in our room that I don’t feel like would have been an issue if we had booked through them directly. Our phone didn’t work in the room, the toilet didn’t flush completely and our shower overflowed onto the floor. We notified the front desk and they immediately sent an engineer up to look at it and the engineer thought it was bad enough for us to move rooms...

"The room was great, spacious and clean. The hotel was under construction and it was very difficult to locate the entrance and front desk. Had I known the pool and hot tub were closed, I would have booked elsewhere. The hotel employees were kind and attentive, no issues there. Parking was impossible, but it’s downtown Chicago. Overall, clean room and felt safe."
