"It would be nice it’s own self parking or, someone to explain the self parking when guest arrive. We also had an issue with our key one day and the cleaning staff said they would call security for us, but security never showed. I don’t know if they were called. My husband went back down stairs to correct the issue. Overall we were compensated for the parking issue and we would stay there again. I guess was just a little disappointed with the original parking issue."

"The property is away from the Las Vegas strip , quiet , clean and very big rooms comfortable and luxurious. The hotel however has only one restaurant that close early, no casino , no good vibe for socializing or dining "

"We just stayed two days at the Palace and could not be happier with the hotel and personel!! Everyone was great, the hotel was always clean and we'll taken care of to small details. The buffet was more than we asked for. The help at the restaurant was helpful and kept clean. Highly recommend this casino!!!"

"I highly recommend this hotel for families who need a lot of space. The one bedroom suite was perfect for us as a family of four with two large boys. Also, this hotel is VERY dog friendly. They even give you a little Goodie bag for your dog when you check in. The hotel restaurant is… OK. If you’re foodies, this might not be what you’re looking for, but if you’re just hungry for average food, it’s fine. "
