"The location and the personnel were very nice. Our only slight issue is that all of the warm food for breakfast was not warm at all. The gentleman working was very nice. That was the only “issue”"

"Location was very good. We had an issue with the room next to us having a party, it was handled immediately. The Manager on duty 3/27 was WONDERFUL - we arrived at about 2 am and he was great. The food at the restaurant was excellent, but there were very few options. They do not answer the phone for in room dining. Also, one of the bartenders was incredibly rude to a guest and said 'You are asking for too much for free' as the guest walked away when a guest had asked for some silverware butter and salt (the guest clearly had takeout)."

"Everyone was so nice from the bell hop to the front desk, service staff, always kind friendly and happy. "

"My family stayed here over spring break. Checkin was fast and seamless. The bellman met us at the car and took our bags up to our room. The staff was helpful during our stay. Everyone was friendly. Front desk was helpful. The bar/restaurant closed for a few days, but the front desk gave us bottled water. Hotel is nicely located near Francesca’s and Wildberry Cafe, which we enjoyed during our time. We took taxis and Ubers while we were in town. Checkout was a bit more chaotic. The Bellman did not answer multiple calls, so we had to haul all of our bags to the lobby. Valet text said my car would be ready in 9 minutes. 2 minutes later, the valet snapped at me that my car had been ready (and sitting in a space I couldn’t see). He seemed stressed though. Overall, I would stay here again. We enjoyed our time! "
