"Staff was very nice. The parking was difficult. We had a truck and wanted to valet because my husband walks with a cane. We arrived around 930 pm and were told by valet guy that we would have to park our truck in a garage three blocks away on our own. Had a hard time finding it and then my husband had to walk 3 blocks didn’t think he would make it. Then found out when we checked out the day valet said that they do valet park trucks in the same garage we had to self park. But loved everything...

"Great place in downtown Chicago, close to everything . Attraction is between 15-25 minutes walking distance. You have to pay for the garage a separate daily rate of $57 dollars. The breakfast was okay which was included . "
