"I'm super pleased with this hotel. Tracy and the other staff are very nice and efficient. The room is updated, the bed, pillow and blankets are good, the shampoos in the bathroom are high quality, the shower was piping hot. Free parking and free breakfast is a real plus in this area. The breakfast was extremely generous and varied. I stayed here many times when coming to Chicago and will choose this hotel on my next trip again."

"This is our second time staying here and it was very good. Breakfast was yummy (I love waffles) and the service is good. Only one small complaint - On Saturday I asked for our room to be cleaned on Sunday and it was never done. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We will be back!"
