"I can not say enough good things about our stay . The welcome helping us with the luggage such a friendly man. Check in with a charming young lady named Oksana who’s gone above and beyond to help me with a problem ( nothing to do with the hotel) She deserves a special thank you!! A room cleaning lady who found my wallet what I lost by the lift. Saved me from a stressful day. Thank you for taking it to the reception. Thank you all for making my first outing since my husband died so good!! Carla"

"Stayed for three nights. Requested twin beds and they were pretty comfortable. Arrived at room and a maintenance man was in it trying to unplug the toilet. After that all was good. It had a kettle and a fridge which was handy. Access to a taxi via the concierge was handy and they were gracious. The hallways were a bit noisy in the morning. I think it was staff having a chat before starting…not really sure. Close to shopping and dining was a big plus. Walked from Paddington but cabbed it back to Paddington as it was a bit too far with luggage. Thanks for a nice stay."
