"This was an excellent choice for a first time visit to beautiful London. The area was extremely convenient for sightseeing and more. I appreciated that having needed a refrigerator for my medical supplies, your concierge service and security were able to coordinate my insulin being chilled until check in was sorted. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and always fresh as well. Room service was also very good and fast. Our room was extremely comfortable and the soaps and cremes in the room were most appreciated. "The hotel was pretty modern and had everything we needed. It was incredibly quiet internally (no slamming doors or chattering guests despite being fully booked) and the double glazing blocked out a lot of the external road noise. We were fine with a compact room however it was very hard to get around one side of the bed without whacking your leg on the wall. That’s my only minor complaint however I’d happily stay for 1 night again because it’s good value compared to similar hotels around St Pancras. "
