"Throughout our four-night stay at Smart Stay, we experienced a high level of satisfaction. The room was comfortable, clean, and the front desk personnel provided us with clean towels and coffee pods in a timely manner despite a missing housekeeping day. "Pros, hotel was very clean, service was good, breakfast good. Shuttle to and from St Augustine very helpful. Cons, location was noisy from traffic. They were supposed to offer a complimentary beverage or room upgrade and they neglected to do so. "

"Our room had a (OK, closed) door separating from our neighbors' room but it was as if we were sharing a single room, the four of us, two couples !!!! We could even hear our neighbor breathing. That's not what is normally called "privacy". This has been most annoying."
