The property was nothing like it advertised. They put us on the 2nd floor and I was on oxygen and can not climb stairs. I made this reservation at least a month or longer and specified no climbing stairs, needed to be handicapped friendly and It was Not!

The advertisement is misleading this isn’t on the beach it’s across the street and we wanted to be on the beach. I will say they were cleaning has people were checking out. I don’t like the fact that it’s a non smoking facility but you can smoke outside which comes in your room. The staff was nice but hood at the same time. It gave me motel vibes.

We were passing through St. Augustine, FL and looking for a place to stay on the beach. We found this place and while it's not on the beach the location is fantastic as it was right across from a pier. The hotel was clean and spacious and easy parking.
