"We had a very good stay. The apartment was spacious and very well located next to the water. Amenities in the apartment were limited though (limited kitchenware and no housekeeping during our 3-night stay) and there was a very noisy compressor next to our bedroom window keeping us awake at night. Overall we had a good experience at a lovely hotel, but also experienced some inconveniences during our stay."

"There's plenty of small budget hotels on the Monterey peninsula and I've stayed at many of them. What sets this one apart is the remodel which was done very well, very clean rooms, and the huge, (and I do mean HUGE), in-room hot tubs. It's the first place I look when I need a room in Monterey or Seaside. "

"The hotel property is quite lovely especially the Palm tree murals, may I buy these? Wowee! The front desk staff is elequent, however the bartender/ waitress was very upsetting she did not come for my dinner order. I felt it was because I was alone. Very hurtful also because I did not receive my $20 for dining. The parking charge with hotel charge is a a better idea. Guests expect to pay for dining so I delete that charge. "So cute!!! SUPER clean!!!! There is a private beach, kayak rentals, convenient parking. Walkable to pretty much everything. Highly recommended! "
