"Amazing location! Right near a beautiful walkway by the river. Loads of birds and friendly people. Easily walkable from the airport as there are sidewalks. Groceries nearby also. Parking is a challenge as it’s first come first served but there is a lot nearby with good rates"

"Horrible service and the room is dark and terrible and it needs updating and should not be put on market for customers! Hopeless! The room has outdated taps and it was very terrible. The staff was rude and they didn’t have basic amenities like TV in the room. "

"The property is very convenient and close to the RealNZ Visitor centre. It is quiet and with sufficient parking space though some of the facilities are not modern. For example, there is no body towels provided an no body cleanser in the shower room. "

"The Ramada Queenstown Central is a modern hotel with a good restaurant and bar, The room was immaculate with good bed and shower, and also washing machine and dryer. It is within walking distance of the CBD, Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel"

"We loved the lake view from our Superior Lakeview Queen Room. We were also surprised to find a kitchenette in our room which was un-expected but useful. The bus stop is right outside the hotel which is very convenient and a great way to get around Queenstown. It as a easy walk to and from to the shops / cafes and attractions. The hotel needs some refurbishing but in saying that it is clean and tidy. We would stay at this hotel again. "
