"The Hotel was amazing every thing was perfect till we left and I realised when I got home I’d left three items of clothing hanging up in the room wardrobe . When I called back was told only my husband jacket was there - my dress and jacket wasn’t there And I certainly didn’t have it -I know I’d forgotten to take them out of the wardrobe when repacking our bag . I’ve had the real run around trying to find the two items clearly they have house keeping issues!!! so a message to who ever is reading...

"We loved its location. It was very walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. The shower was beautiful. The room was a little small for international travelers with a suitcase each but we were able to use some of the space in the bathroom to stack up bags (but it made it difficult to unpack). The staff was friendly and accommodating. My one real complaint is they charged me more than I was supposed to be charged. I was able to show them my Expedia reservation and I did get the price adjusted but...
