"Great 3 days! Only thing that could possibly have been better was the morning coffee. Great location and managers on site were very attentive. Happy hour was great as was the bottle of wine in the beginning to relieve the stress of our flight etc from Australia. Highly recommend, and already thinking about coming back and spending a week there. Queenstown was great!"

Accidentally left an item in the room - got in touch with the hotel and they got everything lined up for me to get it picked up and followed up multiple times to make sure everything was good. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the Riverside Market, and other attractions. "
