"LOVELY stay-the proprietors Tim and Janet are wonderful hosts-we were allowed to check in early, shared an informal happy hour and they gave us a lot of local information and happenings. Janet showed a lot of personal touches to the room and it was great to have our own patio. HIGHLY recommend!"

"The situation in a woodland property was nice. The interior was nice , although probably more rustic than luxury. It was good to have an open fire, because the living area was cold without it : perhaps a heat pump as well would be a good idea. We had to get lots more firewood from the woodpile especially kindling as we lit the fire each morning and evening. The living area was quite dark. "The room was very nice with lots of room for luggage and it had all the necessary amenities as well as the little extras like cookies and chocolate. The hosts were great, giving us lots of useful information and the breakfast they provided was wonderful. The heated bathroom floors were a real luxury."

"Comfortable, clean and spacious accommodation that was convenient for our short stay in Dunedin. The owners were friendly and the room was well-equipped with all the amenities you'd need. The only downside was the loud music we could hear from a nearby venue (our stay did include Friday and Saturday nights) well into the night. Apart from this we would highly recommend this place."
